Presented to the show were more than 700 designated and invented food cooked by over 70 units in the fields of the General Bureau of Public Catering Service and external service, services of ministries and national institutions and the fields of public catering centers in Pyongyang and all provinces (municipality). The exhibits well showed the development of the national culinary culture of Korea.

During the show, its participants shared successes and experience with each other and discussed the ways of preserving the Korean nation's traditions in food culture and bettering the people's diet life.
