S. Korea: Partial Reorganization of DSC Opposed

| Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- The south Korean online paper Voice of People in an editorial Friday expressed opposition to the partial reorganization of the Defense Security Command. Noting that a reform plan on reorganizing the command at the level of virtual dissolution was recommended, the editorial stressed that the illegal deeds of the command should never be pardoned. |
