LKP's Attempt to Calm down Public Criticism under Fire in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- The coteries of the "Liberal Korea Party" in south Korea are making desperate efforts to evade the public criticism over the disclosed truth behind the coup plot, according to the south Korean News 1 on August 2. The LKP group is vociferating about a political operation, taking issue with the disclosed document on "martial law" of the Defense Security Command. Kim Song Thae, floor leader of the LKP, at a meeting of the emergency measure committee on August 2 claimed that a "special investigation team" should be formed to investigate the disturbed military discipline by the "government". |
