Taking part in the presentation were teachers, researchers, technicians, three-revolution team members and postgraduates from different units including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, the electric institute of the State Academy of Sciences, the Pukchang Thermal Power Complex and the Phyongsong City Power Distribution Station.

Presented to it were 60 papers conducive to overhauling production processes and equipment of power stations and raising the efficiency of generators and keeping them in full-capacity operation.

There was a lecture on sci-tech problems arising in raising the heat efficiency of boilers and securing stable combustion.
