The court trade union in its written stand called for detaining and investigating those involved in suppressing trade unions on August 7, according to KBS of south Korea.

The body said that the document declassified on July 31 contained information about the fact that the judicature conducted surveillance and operations against trade unions including the court trade union when Ryang was president of the Supreme Court.
