Loudly heard in the seminar were voices of admiration and support for the DPRK which won a miraculous victory in the struggle against the imperialist allied forces when it was very young and has invariably carried forward the history of war victory until now, the letter said, and went on:

The world progressive people get great strength and courage from the eye-opening achievements the Korean people have made by consistently embodying the line of independence in politics, self-support in economy and self-reliance in national defence under the leadership of the peerlessly great men. And they are finding the path of building an independent new world in the proud history and reality of the DPRK.

The DPRK proudly rose up to the status of a strategic state recognized by the world in the spirit of self-reliance and self-development despite the heinous sanctions and blockade of the hostile forces. This is just the greatest miracle and victory.

Today the successive great events taking place thanks to Comrade Kim Jong Un's bold and pro-active proposal and measures and energetic activities are dynamically promoting peace, security and prosperity in the Korean Peninsula and the world.

The participants in the seminar will as ever make all efforts to support the Korean people's building of a powerful socialist country and cause of national reunification.
