S. Korea: Investigation into Collusion between Supreme Court, Conservative Media Urged

| Pyongyang, August 13 (KCNA) -- The Citizens Federation for Democratic Press in south Korea called for a thoroughgoing investigation into conspiracy between the judicial authorities and conservative media, according to the south Korean online paper Voice of Seoul on August 4. The organization said that the disclosure of more documents on judicial scandals showed what dirty acts the Supreme Court and conservative media perpetrated to seek their interests in the period when Ryang Sung Thae was president of the court. It demanded the prosecution clearly probe the truth behind the judicial scandals of the Supreme Court and thoroughly investigate how the court budget, the taxes collected from the people, was spent. |
