Another Scandal of Ryang Sung Thae Group Revealed in S. Korea

Pyongyang, August 13 (KCNA) -- Ryang Sung Thae, president of the Supreme Court of south Korea, during the Park Geun Hye regime moved to weaken the function of the "Constitutional Court", according to the south Korean MBC.

The document titled "Emergency measure related to the constitutional court", created by the judicial policy room of the administrative office of the court in October 2015, contained plans for weakening the function of the "constitutional court" in order to easily set up the court of final appeal.
