Present there from the DPRK side were Army General Pak Jae Gyong, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee of Veterans against Imperialism, and other leading members and from the Russian side were members of the Russian delegation headed by Reserve Army General Mikhail Moiseyev, chairman of the Veterans' Union, and Military Attache Alexei Bartusov of the Russian embassy here.

At the talks both sides informed each other of their organizations' activities and exchanged views on boosting exchange and cooperation between the organizations of the two countries.

On the same day the Korean Committee of Veterans against Imperialism hosted a reception in honor of the Russian delegation.
