S. M. Alaf, chairman of the Central Committee of the Worker-Peasant Party of Pakistan, was elected as chairman of the preparatory committee.

The preparatory committee decided to hold colorful political and cultural events such as seminar, book and photo exhibition and film show in praise of the exploits of the peerlessly great persons.

A congratulatory message to the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the inaugural meeting.
