It was enjoyed by Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as chairman of the DPRK-China Friendship Association, members of the association, teachers and students of various friendship schools, Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Li Jinjun and staff members of his embassy and leading members of the Chinese friendship delegation led by Xie Yuan, vice-president of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
