Noting that Aug. 15, 1945 was a significant day when the Korean people could take a new path to development as masters of their own destiny, proud masters of state and society after liberation from the colonial rule by the Japanese imperialists, the chairperson of the Youth Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in DR Congo said:

President Kim Il Sung, who embarked on the road of revolution in his teens, set forth the line on accomplishing the historic cause of national liberation by efforts of Koreans and waged the arduous anti-Japanese armed struggle to liberate the country.

His exploits will shine long along with the prosperous DPRK through centuries.

An official of a Guinean company said:

The great HE Kim Il Sung, who liberated Korea through 15-year long anti-Japanese war, aroused all the people to the struggle for liquidating the remnants of the colonial rule by the Japanese imperialists and building a new country.

Under the wise guidance of HE Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il the DPRK had developed into a socialist country of Juche, meeting every challenge of the hostile forces.

The Korean people led by HE Kim Jong Un are dynamically advancing along the road of prosperity today.
