Reinstatement of Ex-official of Ministry of Education Opposed in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- According to south Korea news, Ra Hyang Uk, former policy planning official of the Ministry of Education of south Korea, was reinstated, provoking public criticism. Ra angered people of various circles for branding them as dogs and pigs. On Aug. 10 the Ministry of Education appointed Ra Hyang Uk as a section chief of the training institute under the ministry. The south Korean people demand that Ra make an apology for insulting them and the ministry immediately dismiss him. |
