Speakers said that the company destroyed many trade unions and dismissed workers in league with the regime of l evils and employers for the last seven years.

They stressed that the court should pass a proper judgment upon the representative and the managing director of the company indicted for the unreasonable dismissal and acts of destroying trade unions.

A press release was read out at the press conference.

At the end of the press conference the confederation presented to the Seoul Southern District Court 6,000 written petitions calling for the stern punishment on those responsible for destroying trade unions.
