S. Korea: Case of "North Wind" Disclosed

| Pyongyang, August 20 (KCNA) -- According to the south Korean Newsis, the representative of the Party for Democracy and Peace of south Korea on Aug. 14 branded the fabrication of the "north wind" case as an outcome of the crimes committed by the conservative group against the history of the nation. After watching a film showing the then Security Planning Board's fabrication of "north wind" in Seoul, he said that whenever the elections took place, the successive conservative regimes used the south-north division to build an atmosphere favorable for them. |
