Participated in the presentation were scientists, technologists, teachers, three-revolution team members, workers and officials of different units including the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex, Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex, Chollima Steel Complex, Steel Designing Institute under the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, Ferrous Metal Research Institute of the State Academy of Sciences and Kim Chaek University of Technology.

Published there were more than 140 papers dealing with the successes and experience gained in the course of settling the scientific and technological matters for further rounding off the Juche-based system of producing iron, raising the productivity and quality and expanding the variety of rolled steel.

During the presentation there are a lecture on the production process at the oxygen heat blast furnace and a visit to the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex.
