Konstantin Doroshenko, chairman of the "Sun of Juche" Association of Journalists and Men of Culture for the Study of Kimjongilism in Ukraine, was elected as chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee decided to give wide publicity to the proud reality of the DPRK through media and hold colorful political and cultural events.
