The conferees are Kim Song Un, a staff of the Ultra-modern Sci-tech Exchange Company, Jang Yong Man, a researcher of the Natural Science Institute, and Jang Kum Ju, a department head of Chemistry Faculty, who made successes in the research into manufacturing and applying bone absorption inhibitor.

The bone absorption inhibitor has the effects of repressing osteoclast, vitalizing osteoblast, raising the density and weight of bone and thus curing osteopathy caused by aging or disease.

It is very efficacious for not only osteoporosis but also incurable osteopathy like caput femoris bland necrosis and metastasis of malignant tumor into bone.

The achievements made by the DPRK scientists are a clear manifestation of the validity and vitality of the idea of attaching importance to science set forth by the Workers' Party of Korea.
