DPRK's Birthday to Be Marked in Benin

| Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- A Beninese preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th birth anniversary of the DPRK was formed on Aug. 15. Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader" and chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events in the period from Aug. 15 to Sept. 10. |
