Reunion of Separated Families and Relatives from North and South Ends

| Mt. Kumgang Resort, August 26 (KCNA) -- There ended the reunion of separated families and relatives from the north and the south held at Mt Kumgang Resort as part of practical measures for implementing the historic Panmunjom declaration. The reunion took place from Aug. 20 to 26. At the second reunion that began from August 24 those from the north and the south recollected with emotion the past with a joy at the reunion of blood relations whom they have longed for since national division. They attended the reception arranged by the south side's Red Cross. At the end of the reunion they promised to meet again on the day when the country will be reunified and said goodbye. |
