Japanese Reactionaries Blasted for Trying to Shake off Yoke of Defeated Country

Pyongyang, August 30 (KCNA) -- Referring to the bill on the retrogressive revision of the constitution aimed at stipulating the existence of the "Self-Defense Forces" (SDF) at a recent lecture, Abe said that the Liberal Democratic Party would accelerate the working out of the bill so that it could be submitted to the next Diet. When mentioning the September election of the president of the party, he noted that whoever became the president should perform the responsibility for that, which showed his intention to submit the bill to the extraordinary session of the Diet due in autumn at any cost. In the meantime, a group of supra-partisan Dietmen visited Yasukuni Shrine on the defeated day and Abe made a ritual offering to the shrine in the capacity of the president of the party. In this regard, Rodong Sinmun Thursday in a commentary says: When judged by the fact that Abe group took such provocative actions at a time when the international community demanded Japan properly look back on its history of aggression, deeply reflect on it and make the neighboring countries trust Japan through action, the aim of their reckless moves are crystal clear to all. The successive ruling forces of Japan ran amuck for the overseas invasion but did not dare to run reckless to amend even the constitution. One can see militarist venomous serpent running amuck to completely shake off the yoke of the defeated nation in the reckless action of Abe group pledging to take revenge before the mortuary tablets of top class war criminals while getting hell-bent on the retrogressive revision of the constitution aimed at stipulating the existence of the SDF. The Japanese reactionaries are sadly mistaken. History shows through a serious lesson what fate those who started war to invade and conquer other countries met. The war criminal state Japan had better bear it in mind. |
