S. Korean Bodies to Be Active in Implementing Panmunjom Declaration

Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) -- 60 odd pro-reunification bodies of south Korea and representatives from 13 areas held a meeting in Seoul on August 28 to express their will to actively turn out in the implementation of the Panmunjom declaration, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Tongil News.

Speakers said they would make efforts to implement the declaration on the principle of national independence specified by the declaration and by the concerted efforts of all Koreans, adding they would stage a mass struggle condemning and opposing the anti-DPRK sanctions and interference in the internal affairs of the Korean nation by the U.S. which is checking the implementation of the declaration.

They appealed to all forces for reunification in the south, the north and abroad to firmly unite with each other and actively turn out in the implementation of the declaration.
