The DPRK regards it as its basic idea of nation-building, foundation of all its lines and policies and starting point of state activities to believe in the people as in Heaven.

Its socialist state and social system, all its laws including the Socialist Constitution, all its lines and policies and activities are for safeguarding and ensuring the independent rights and interests of the popular masses from A to Z.

Its citizens are leading an independent and creative political and economic life and sound and civilized cultural and emotional life as genuine masters of the society.

They are taking part in establishing the state sovereignty with the rights to elect or to be elected. Ordinary workers, farmers and intellectuals are elected deputies to the Supreme People's Assembly to discuss the state affairs.

The Korean people realized their long-cherished desire to live free from tax for the first time in the world and are leading a healthy life under the most advantageous socialist education and healthcare system.

Thanks to the Socialist Labor Law, all the working people in the DPRK are provided with stable jobs and enjoying the benefits of paid-leave system, system of state-expense accommodation at health resorts and holiday homes and social insurance and pension systems.

And a number of magnificent streets and villages and bases for cultural and leisure activities have been built in different parts of the DPRK where top priority and absoluteness are given to the demand and interests of the people.

The paper Nigerian Observer in an article titled "People's country" on September 1, 2016 said that the DPRK regarding the Juche idea as the guidelines of its activities is, indeed, a genuine people's country which comprehensively guarantees all rights and dignity of the people.
