The floral baskets and congratulatory letters were conveyed to Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho by Ismail Ahmed Mohamed Hasan, Palestinian ambassador to the DPRK who is the doyen of the diplomatic corps, and to Army General No Kwang Chol, minister of the People's Armed Forces, by Alexei Bartusov, military attache of the Russian embassy who is the doyen of the military attaches corps, on Wednesday.

On the same day a floral basket and congratulatory letter were conveyed to an official concerned by the economic and commercial councilors corps.
