They included a meeting, book and photo exhibitions and film shows in Mexico, Denmark, Iceland and Bulgaria on August 28.

The participants in the film shows watched Korean films, including "My Country Has Emerged Victorious by Dint of Single-minded Unity".

Present at the events were personages of various strata and masses in the relevant countries.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico praised President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il for performing exploits for the foundation and development of the DPRK and said that Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un has further glorified Juche Korea as an invincible power.

The chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association noted that the DPRK won victory and glory since its foundation under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il. The heroic Korean people have dynamically struggled for realizing the desire of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, closely united around Kim Jong Un, he added.

The chairperson of the Iceland-DPRK Friendly and Cultural Society highly praised Kim Il Sung, who achieved the historic cause of Korea's liberation, founded the DPRK, a genuine country of the people, and turned it into a socialist paradise.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held in Denmark.
