Pyongyang, September 6 (KCNA) -- A congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan for celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of the DPRK led by Pu Yong Uk, chairman of the Osaka Prefectural Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), arrived here on Thursday.
