The message expressed warm greetings and congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the government and people of India and on behalf of the Indian president.

It said that India and the DPRK has long-standing friendly relations, adding that the two countries are celebrating the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries this year.
