Wreaths in the august name of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un were placed at the wreath-laying stands of the cemeteries.

Wreaths in the joint name of the C.C., WPK, the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and the DPRK Cabinet were placed at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong and the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in Sinmi-ri and a wreath in the joint name of the Central Committee of the WPK, the Central Military Commission of the WPK and the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK at the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery.

Also laid there were wreaths in the names of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces, the Ministry of People's Security, working people's organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of the Korean People's Army and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces, institutions of science, education, public health and media, Party and government organs, enterprises, universities, farms, etc. in Pyongyang City.

The participants paid a silent tribute to the martyrs.
