Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- A party and state delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam led by Tran Thanh Man, secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and president of the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front of Vietnam, arrived here on Saturday to participate in the events for celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
