Present at the meeting were Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Kim Jong Suk, chairwoman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as a joint chairwoman of the organizing committee of the International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu, Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as the secretary general of the organizing committee of the said festival, and officials concerned.

Attending the meeting were Peter Woods, co-chairman of the Asia-Pacific Regional Committee for Supporting Peaceful Reunification of Korea, Damian Ogbonna, chairman of the African Regional Committee for Friendship and Solidarity with the Korean People, Yehia Zakaria Khairullah, co-chairman of the Arab Regional Committee for Friendship and Solidarity with the Korean People, Jesus Antonio Carlos Hernandez, first vice-chairman of the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Committee to Support the Reunification of Korea, Anders Kristensen, chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, Fumihiro Himori, chairman of the Japan Committee for Supporting the Independent and Peaceful Reunification of Korea, who are co-chairpersons of the Organizing Committee of the International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu, and members of the organizing committee, delegations and delegates of the friendly and solidarity organizations with the Korean people and international

democratic organizations.

At the meeting a floral basket and silk banner in the name of the organizing committee of the International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was conveyed to Yang Hyong Sop.
