The letter said that the Juche idea followers gathered in Pyongyang and held the international seminar on the "Juche idea and the 70 years of the DPRK" to celebrate the 70th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Socialist Korea has been developed thanks to the idea and leadership of President Kim Il Sung who believed in the people as in Heaven and regarded them as the master of the country, the letter stressed.

It noted that Chairman Kim Jong Il defended socialism and laid the firm foundation for the building of a powerful country by leading the people under the banner of Songun in the struggle against the imperialist forces that were trying to stifle the DPRK.

It pointed out that thanks to Kim Jong Un who is invariably carrying forward the idea and cause of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il socialist Korea has fully demonstrated its might in a short span of time.

It said that the north-south summit talks were held on the initiative of Kim Jong Un who defends and carries forward the idea of national reunification and leadership exploits of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. These talks brought delight and hope to all the Korean people and aroused support and sympathy from the international community that is desirous of permanent peace on the Korean peninsula and stability in the region, it added.

It said that Kim Jong Un steered the first-ever DPRK-U.S. summit meeting and talks in Singapore and reached an agreement which was of historic significance in ensuring world peace.

It noted that this year's historic events show that the people's happy future is sure to come when they advance along the road indicated by Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

It stated that Juche idea followers who cherish the conviction that Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the ever-victorious banner for global peace and independence are hardening their determination to perform their historic duty to study and disseminate the immortal idea on an extensive scale.
