The message paid noble tribute to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who pioneered the cause of building a powerful country of Juche and laid an eternal foundation for accomplishing the socialist cause, and extended the greatest glory and the warm congratulations to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un who is bringing earlier the final victory of the Juche cause.

It noted that the past 70 years since that historical day when the flag of the DPRK was fluttered high up in the sky above the country marked undying history which will remain long in human history of nation-building in which Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il turned the country into a powerful socialist country dignified with independence, and the history of unprecedented miracles and honor in which Kim Jong Un fully demonstrated the dignity and might of the country with the pluck and gut of Mt Paektu and superb leadership.

It said that as there is the socialist homeland which was built by the peerlessly great men and turned into an invincible power by the peerlessly great men, Koreans in Japan could defend the dignity of the nation despite cold wind in the alien land and demonstrate their honor as an example of the world overseas compatriots movement along the patriotic road.

The message stressed that they would speed up the patriotic advance at a stirring time when an epochal turn is being opened in the Juche cause and thus achieve without fail the overall prosperity of the movement of Koreans in Japan in the great era of Kim Jong Un.
