Kim Jong Un received a congratulatory letter from the General Association of Koreans in China on September 9, the 70th birthday of the DPRK.

The letter said the foundation of the DPRK was a historic event which declared the appearance of the country which believes in the people as in Heaven, a genuine state for the people, the first of its kind in human history, and an event of national significance which provided a cradle of a worthwhile life for our people and overseas Koreans.

It noted that President Kim Il Sung who liberated the occupied country and founded the DPRK built a socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in defence and won victory after victory in a war without a gun report against the imperialist allied forces.

It noted that the DPRK demonstrated its might to the whole world as socialist Korea of Juche and invincible military power being proud of the tremendous national power as it held General Kim Jong Il, peerlessly great man, in high esteem.

It pointed out that today the DPRK shines at the top of the world, invariably carrying forward the ever-victorious history and tradition of loving the people as it held Kim Jong Un, another peerlessly great man, in high esteem as the top leader.

The letter noted that the General Association of Koreans in China would consolidate the association and its affiliated organizations as patriotic organizations following only socialist country of Juche, true to the idea of the Juche-oriented overseas compatriots movement of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un, and dynamically wage the struggle for thoroughly implementing the historic Panmunjom declaration in solidarity and through alliance with organizations comprising people from all walks of life aspiring after peace, prosperity and reunification on the Korean peninsula.

It underscored the need to become patriotic Koreans contributing to the prosperity of the motherland even a little, those with strength dedicating their strength, those with knowledge devoting their knowledge and those with money donating their money while sharing the same breath and step with the people of the motherland which advances along a shortcut to building an economic power indicated by

Kim Jong Un.
