The letter said that seventy year-long history of the Republic is the path of victory and glory in which the heroic epic of the bright sun's nation, shining with the august name of the peerlessly great men, has been written and is shining as the annals of creation and prosperity in which epochal changes and miracles have been made in building the most advantageous and powerful socialist country centered on the popular masses under the outstanding guidance of the great leader.

It stressed that the immortal great exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who provided the firm and powerful guarantee for accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche by rapidly developing the Republic with their tested and experienced guidance, while overcoming all sorts of unprecedented and severe trials and difficulties of history would shine long.

It said that the Republic, the heritage bequeathed down by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il out of noble intention, will sing the greatest heyday of its development as it is now led by Kim Jong Un.

It pointed out that we will make the great enthusiasm for admiring Kim Jong Un rage further in Seoul and local areas, invariably cherishing the transparent faith that the destiny of the nation is guaranteed and future of a reunified and powerful country is rosy as Kim Jong Un shines as the sun of guidance.
