Kim said in the message that under the guidance of the president the government and people of Tajikistan have been quite successful in developing the country's economy, improving its people's living standards and expanding its external relations.

He also expressed his belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, as well as his sincere wish for the president's good health and happiness and for the friendly Tajik people's well-being and prosperity.
