Choe Ryong Hae Meets Cuban Party, State Delegation

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and vice-chairman of the WPK Central Committee, on Sunday met and had a talk, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall, with the Cuban party and state delegation led by Salvador Antonio Valdes Mesa, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, first vice-president of the Council of State and first vice-president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba.
