Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho met and had a talk with Kent Rolf Magnus Harstedt, a special envoy of the Swedish government, and his party who paid a courtesy call on him, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Monday.
