Kim Yong Nam Meets Vietnamese Ambassador to DPRK

Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, met and had a talk with Pham Viet Hung, outgoing Vietnamese ambassador to the DPRK, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Thursday.
