Over 2 200 units have subscribed to the network for sci-tech dissemination run by the complex from the beginning of this year to early in September.

The complex promptly uploads new sci-tech information and sends information helpful to settling sci-tech problems at relevant units. And it rendered more than hundred thousands of information on demand to different units across the country.

Its scientists and technicians helped over 30 ministries and national institutions in the leading sectors of national economy build up sci-tech databases with hundreds of thousands of information on at least 240 domains and 150 occupational categories.

And it properly runs homepages for sci-tech papers and sci-tech forum.

This year alone, a number of papers were contributed to the homepage and over ten thousand subscribers make diverse exchange of their achievements, experience and views on a daily average.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un at the 7th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea said that a nationwide dissemination network should be established centering on the Sci-Tech Complex, a great temple of learning for all the people and a multifunctional hub of scientific and technological dissemination, so that new scientific and technological information flows from the centre to the lowest level.
