The Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan will hold fast to your important congratulatory message as a treasured sword of sure victory and turn out in a drive for implementing the decisions of the 24th Chongryon Congress by keeping pace with the grand advance of the people in the homeland and thus bring earlier the new heyday in the movement of Koreans in Japan with peculiar pride and self-confidence with which they built a patriotic and loyal monument in the glorious 70 years of Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Korea.

They will always bear in mind the truth that the prosperity of the socialist country guarantees the dignity and happiness of overseas compatriots and the bright future of the coming generations, the letter said, reiterating their pledge to find the worth of their true life and happiness in the work for the country and the nation and leave clear footprints of patriotism and loyalty on the land of the motherland by making a peculiar contribution to the cause of socialist construction in the motherland in the spirit of great Kim Jong Il's patriotism, although they were in an alien land.
