The gift was conveyed to Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on Friday by Chairman Hans-Georg Modrov on a visit to the DPRK.

The gift to Kim Jong Un from the "Rosa Luxembourg" Foundation of the Left Party of Germany was also conveyed on the same day.
