Guy Dupre, honorary president of the France-Korea Friendship Association, praised President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il for founding and developing the DPRK.

He stressed that the DPRK has gained higher international prestige and the peace and security of the Korean peninsula are firmly guaranteed by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

All the successes achieved by the Korean people give a great pleasure to the world progressives, he stated, extending warm congratulations to the Korean people on the 70th birthday of the DPRK.

Saber Ballul, department head of the Political Faculty of the University of Damascus of Syria, said that the birth of the DPRK made the Korean people a dignified and independent people.

The DPRK is a state of the people where the popular masses become the master of everything and everything serves them.

The DPRK, possessed of tremendous military power that no formidable enemy dares to provoke, holds the magnificent position in the international arena.

Its power is growing stronger with each passing day under the guidance of the great leader and the great Party.

The Syrian people pay deep respects to HE Kim Jong Un wisely leading the struggle of the Korean people.
