Present there were officials of the Red Cross Society of the DPRK, traffic security persons, school youth and children, members of a delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and a delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross working in the DPRK and staff members of foreign embassies and missions of international bodies here.

There were an explanation about the traffic security regulations that the students and children should keep on the roadway and the spread of the knowledge of first-aid at the meeting held on the subject of "Traffic accident and measures for first-aid".

The participants enjoyed an art performance given by young RC members.
