The book contains 69 works of the Chairman including talks and speeches made by him in the period from March Juche 63 (1974) to July Juche 63 (1974).

Some of those works clarify the essence of the concept of modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism and the tasks and ways for setting up the monolithic ideological system of the WPK.

Reflected in several works are the ideas that that all the Party organizations and officials should establish the regular Party work system ranging from the Central Committee to committees in local areas and thoroughly embody President Kim Il Sung's idea and theory on Party building in the Party organizational and ideological work.

There are also works dealing with the issues of thoroughly guaranteeing the Juche character in all fields of the national economy and effecting a fresh turn in the grand socialist construction.

And there are works giving perfect answers to the theoretical and practical issues arising in the field of literature and arts.

Also contained in the collection are works which serve as important guidelines in leading the socialist cause of Juche along the road of victory and glory, including the issues of sprucing up the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum, carrying out the Party's policy on preventive medicine in the public health field to the letter and developing the country's sports with main emphasis on defence sports.
