He stressed the importance to do land rezoning in a proper way, mechanize farm operations and develop the stock-breeding and fruit farming so as to turn the farm into a socialist cultured farm.

He also called for making good selection of key strain of rice, drastically improving soil fertility and actively introducing the advanced farming method.
