The Swiss Organizing Committee of the International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea made public a joint statement.

The statement said the above-said press release highlighted the need to step up preparations for the splendid arranging of the 6th International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu in Pyongyang and the area of Mt Paektu in 2022 marking the 110th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, the 80th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il and the 10th anniversary of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un's election at the top posts of the Workers' Party of Korea and the state, and to more briskly conduct solidarity movement with the Korean people. The statement went on:

We will proactively make preparations to significantly organize the 6th International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu.

We extend eternal glory to the peerlessly great persons!

We support an independent and peaceful reunification of Korea!
