The letter said that the symposium, held on the theme "Development of Science and Promotion of Welfare of Human Being" amid the expectations and attention of universities and scientific research organs of various countries, helped its participants know better about the DPRK and offered an important occasion in further boosting the exchange and friendly and cooperative relations with famous Kim Il Sung University.

It noted that during the symposium they were deeply impressed to see the educators and scientists of Kim Il Sung University devoting their wisdom and zeal to the work for achieving remarkable leaps forward in the sci-tech development of the country and training world-famous talents.

It pointed out that they also became convinced that under the wise leadership of HE Kim Jong Un, the DPRK standing in the spotlight of the international arena will rank itself proudly among the science and education powers in the near future.

All scholars from various countries who attended the symposium came to have a clear understanding that to briskly conduct the scientific exchange with Kim Il Sung University ranking itself among the world's best universities is very favorable to the sci-tech development of mankind and is urgently necessary, the letter said.
