Act of Destroying Trade Union Blamed in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- According to the south Korean Kukmin Ilbo, a lawmaker from the opposition Jongui (justice) Party held a news conference on Tuesday to disclose an unreasonable act committed by an iron company to destroy a trade union. He said that the company side shaped documents impairing the image of the newly-organized trade union in a bid to dissolve it. He also asserted that the company distributed propaganda literature to bar the workers from joining it. Terming the act a crime, he called for strict investigation and punishment of the principal culprit. |
