Noting that the present chief executive expressed the will to dissolve the "foundation", the editorial said that the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army can be settled only when the Japanese government makes a sincere apology to the victims and definitely admits its legal responsibility.

The dissolution of the humiliating "foundation" is inevitable as it inflicted pain upon the victims and enraged the public, it said.
