Present there on invitation were members of the delegation led by Vice-President Najdat Anzour and Syrian Ambassador to the DPRK Tammam Sulaiman.

An Tong Chun, vice-chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA), Choe Jin Su, presidium member of the Central Committee of the Democratic Front for the Reunification of Korea who doubles as chairman of the DPRK-Syria Friendship Parliamentary Group, deputies to the SPA and officials concerned were on hand.
